I lived out of state so I was at a significant disadvantage and could not attend the inspection. Bryan was notably knowledgeable, professional, thorough and pleasant and took the time to detail the present condition (my realtor). As I was not in the area, I relied on Bryan's expertise and had a lot of questions. He took the time to thoughtfully answer each one. Bryan earned my trust (which is amazing as I am from New Jersey) and respect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Experienced Inspector. Courteous and thorough inspection. Gave great insight and recommendations for what needed to be done for the house in Goldsboro. The report was sent to me quickly and was easy to understand, clear and concise with photos. Would definitely recommend!

The work the inspector did a great job at the inspection. He found a really important issue with the house I am purchasing and now I know what I need to fix. He found out there was water in the crawl space. He also found soft spots in the kitchen area indicating water damage. He did a thorough just and offered solutions. This company is really good and the price is right too. The inspector’s communication is great too. He is very responsive and you are not left waiting for a response. He also is flexible with scheduling.
