The work the inspector did a great job at the inspection. He found a really important issue with the house I am purchasing and now I know what I need to fix. He found out there was water in the crawl space. He also found soft spots in the kitchen area indicating water damage. He did a thorough just and offered solutions. This company is really good and the price is right too. The inspector’s communication is great too. He is very responsive and you are not left waiting for a response. He also is flexible with scheduling.

As a local real estate agent, I'm always looking for business I can trust to provide top notch service for my clients. Bryan excels at offering professional, friendly and thorough inspection services. My first time buyer had a lot of questions as we met to review the inspection recap. Bryan took time to review the home's systems, address all questions, and put my client at ease with his purchase. He even made a point to highlight warranties the new homeowner would want to enroll in the first few weeks.

Bryan with The Inspection Guys replied to my request for a quote very quickly and all communication after that was detailed and fast. He got me scheduled for an inspection to occur a couple of days later and showed up early. He obviously has many years of inspection and/or construction experience. He thoroughly looked over the house and pointed out concerns I had not considered such as the lack of gutters on the roof, tree limbs too close to the house, and roots that may cause problems eventually with the foundation and the sewer lines. The report was created and sent my way in a week, even though this time period included Christmas, all at a fair price. I would recommend The Inspection Guys to anyone looking to get an inspection done.
